Surprise Visit to an ICE Holding Facility in San Diego

NEW: I made an unannounced visit to an ICE facility in San Diego today after reports of inhumane detention conditions and as the Trump Administration ramps up immigration raids across California. I went to demand answers about how people are being treated, whether their rights are being respected, and who’s being held accountable. This Administration doesn’t get to operate in the shadows. I’m going to keep showing up, asking tough questions, and holding ICE accountable. Connect with Sen.
